An Italian salad dressing as a steak marinade
may be one of the easiest marinades to prepare
but will greatly improve the flavor of your steaks.
Italian dressing already has some seasonings that
will add to the marinade in such a way
to bring out the flavor of your steaks.
The dressing will also help to tenderize your steak.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
1 envelope Italian salad seasoning mix
Directions:
In a bowl stir together the oil, lemon and seasoning mix.
To use to marinade steak:
Place in a plasic sealable bag, place steak in bag,
and rub onto both sides of your steak.
Place your marinading steak into a bowl,
and refrigerator overnight.
Remove steak to broil or grill.
