Leftover Sauced Meatloaf
Open Faced Sandwiches

I had some left over meatloaf and made up this
recipe for chopped meatloaf in a spicy sauce
served on rye bread for a simple good lunch.

Ingredients:
2 cups leftover cold meatloaf
1/2 cup water
1/2 onion, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon prepard mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
dash of worshestishire sauce
dash of A-1 sauce
dash of liquid smoke

Directions:
Mix all together in a bowl,
place in a pot and heat to boiling.
Stir, add more water and seasonings if needed.
With a slotted spoon remove about half
to a food processor and blend a bit to chop
up then put pack in pot and heat through.
Let simmer to thicken and serve on rye bread slices.
