Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
Homemade Olive Oil Mayonnaise

You can't beat the fresh taste of this
homemade olive oil infused mayonnaise.
You'll like this and want to make more,
Garlic Mayonnaise, Rosemary and Basil Mayonnaise
or Red Pepper Mayonnaise which is just great
on grilled hamburgers, sandwiches and pasta Salads.

Ingredients:
1 large egg
4 large egg yolks
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
9 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 cup Sonoma Farm Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus more to taste
Freshly ground peper to taste

Directions:
In blender combine the egg yolks, mustard
and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Beat on high for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Gradually drizzle in Olive Oil and beat constantly,
until mixture is nice and thick.
Blend in remaining 7 teaspoons lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Place in a covered bowl and keep refrigerated.
