This Apple Horseradish glaze goes
great with roasted sweet potatoes.
Ingredients:
2 cups apple juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
14 whole cloves
2 teaspoons prepared white horseradish
1/2 teaspooon dried crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy medium saucepan.
Simmer over medium heat until reduce to 1/4 cup.
Cool glaze. Remove and discard cloves from glaze.
