White Clam Pizza
w/ Boboli Pizza Crust

This is a white clam pizza recipe I made,
there's not to many good ones out there!
In this recipe I took a short cut
and used a store bought dough.

Ingredients:
1 Boboli pizza crust
1 can minced or chopped clams, drained
olive oil
garlic powder to taste
4 tablespoons soft cream cheese
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
red pepper flakes to taste
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Brush pizza shell with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Combine cream cheese, ricotta, minced garlic,
oregano and red pepper flakes. Spread over crust.
Sprinkle with clams and Mozzarella.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 to 18 minutes.
