Baked and Broiled
Spicy Chicken Wings

These wings are just as good as those
chicken wings that are deep fried.
Less grease, less mess from frying.

Ingredients:
24 Fresh Chicken Wings
1/4 cup Honey
4 tablespoons Butter, Melted
1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce
1/3 cup Olive Oil
12 oz. Bottled Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl toss wings with oil, honey,
butter, seasoning, hot sauce.
Place wings on rack in roasting pan
and cook in oven approximately 2 hours
until meat is loose on bone.
Remove wings from oven,turn broiler to high.
Toss wings in BBQ sauce.
Place under broiler for approximately
2-3 minutes, then serve
with a bleu cheese dressing.
