This dish is simple but just perfect.
It's also very very easy to make and
great for any party as an appetizer.
Ingredients
1 pound of mussels
½ cup of melted butter
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
4 ounces of grated mozzarella
2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Directions:
Clean the mussels in running cold water
and remove the beards.
Steam the mussels for 4-6 minutes
until they are opened.
Remove one shell of each mussels.
Mix the melted butter with
chopped garlic and parsley.
Spoon the mixture onto each shell.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella on to them.
Pre heat the oven at 350 degrees F.
Bake the mussels for 8-10 minute.
Serve as an appetizer.
