Cabernet Buttermilk
Salad Dressing

This is a great dressing to use
on fresh red ripe tomato salads.
Recipe makes about 3 cups dressing.

Ingredients:
2 Cups Real Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
2 Tbsp. Cabernet Vinegar
2 Tsp. Italian Parsley, chopped
1 Tsp. Rosemary, chopped
1 Tsp. Thyme, chopped
1 Tsp. Shallots, minced
1 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Salt or to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel
mixing bowl until combined thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate until use.
