Chervil has a sweeter taste than Basil.
It has a more delicate flavor,
with a hint of anise to it.
This makes for a good change in a pesto.
This is good spread on fish or mixed
with cream cheese as an appetizer spread.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Chervil
1/4 cup Romano Cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts - toasted
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 crushed clove of garlic
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a
food processor until well chopped.

I did like this a lot. Thanks for an idea of something to do with my row of chervil. Never planted it before.
