It's that time of the year when
the fresh strawberries are ripe.
I like to make this spread to use
between two crackers or bread.
Ingredients:
6 Fresh ripe strawberries
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt to taste
Directions:
Wash and hull strawberries, cut in thin slices.
Put cream cheese in a bowl and mix in
strawberries, vanilla extract and salt.
Use right away or refrigerate until used.
