Oatmeal for a Diet
Simple Comfort Food

I like oatmeal in the morning
in the afternoon and nightime.
I'm not on a diet to lose wieght
but just now eating a cup of it,
I got to thinking that this recipe
for making a warm cup of oatmeal
would be just the thing someone
on a lose wieght diet would like.
It's warm, filling and comforting,
it takes only two minutes to cook
and takes a good 10 minutes to eat.
Don't add sugar, it's a diet food.

Ingredients:
3 12 tablespoons oatmeal
2 ounces water
milk

Directions:
In a coffee cup, place oatmeal and water.
Cook in a microwave on high setting 2 minutes.
Be careful, to watch it because goes over easy.
Remove from microwave, stir with a fork.
Place back in oven for 20 seconds, no more.
Romove and stir, add milk, relax and eat.
I like to add cinnamon and also a few raisins.
