Potatoes, Baked Russets
with Honey Barbecue

These are so good they're addictive.
I bet you can't eat just one!
Just enough spice and salt on them.
The secret that nobody will guess is
that you buy one bag of store chips,
crush them up real fine and add them
to the bottom of the baking dish.

Ingredients:
2 onions, peeled and sliced
4 russet potatoes, washed and sliced
1 bag of honey BBQ chips, crushed
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons un-salted butter
1/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Crush the BBQ honey chips real good and
sprinkle them on the bottom of a casserole dish.
Arrange potato slices in one layer over chips.
Sprinkle with pepper, then arrange another layer.
Dot with butter and add water to casserole,
cover with aluminum foil.
Bake about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Take foil off for the last minutes to brown top.
