Potatoes Roasted
in the Oven

Roasted potatoes are one of the
easiest potato dishes to prepare.
The oven does all the work, they
come out browned and nice and tender.
You can season with garlic and herbs.

Ingredients:
6 large potatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel the potatoes and slice lengthwise about 1 inch thick.
Combine potatoes with the olive oil, tossing to coat well.
Place potatoes in a single layer in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder, if desired.
Roast potatoes for 15 minutes, turn them over
and the roast for another 15 minutes.
