Roasted Garlic
Cream Cheese

This is the recipe I use to stuff hot peppers with.
It's also good on crackers or for bread appetizers.

Ingredients:
Whole garlic heads
Cream cheese
salt
black pepper

Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut top third off garlic;
rub with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Loosely wrap in foil;
roast 35 to 40 minutes,
until cloves are very tender.
Remove; let cool.
Squeeze garlic from each clove into a bowl.
Add cream cheese and mix well.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
