This is my recipe for a vinegar sauce
that can be used on fried catfish
or which ever you fry up. It's got
a nice balance of hot and sweet.
Ingredients:
2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tablespoons Ketchup
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
4 teaspoons Coarse Salt
1 tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce
1 teaspoon Hot Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl,
and whisk until all is dissolved.
Taste for seasoning, add hot pepper flakes.
Transfer the sauce to a clean
jar and store in the refrigerator.
It will keep for several months.
