This 1950s version of a classic salad
is good and holds up magnificently.
With mandarin oranges and marshmallows.
I make this recipe at least once a year.
Ingredients:
1cup mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
Fold everything together in a
large bowl gently but thoroughly.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
