Asian Shrimp Salad

Shrimp salad is a great main
dish for picnics or lunch.
It's easy to prepare this dish.
The preparation and cooking time
hardly takes only around 15-25 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 cups salad size shrimp
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1/3 cup Real mayonnaise
1/4 cup spicy chili sauce
3 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 hard cooked eggs
1 tomato finely chopped
lettuce or mixed greens

Directions:
First, peel the shrimp, devein it,
and store it in a container.
Now add 5 cups of water in a bowl
and put the shrimps in it.
Boil the shrimps for few minutes
and then drain the water,
and store the cooked shrimp in
refrigerator for few minutes.
Now mix the cooked shrimp with
celery and finely chopped onions.
Add mayonnaise, chili sauce, and eggs.
Add the chopped tomatoes and
2 tablespoon of lemon juice to the mix.
Now mix the salad gently until they all blend.
It is necessary to chill the salad before serving.
Now arrange the lettuce leaves in the plate
and transfer the salad to the plate.
Serve the salad with soy sauce.
