Bacon Baked Beans
with Wheat Germ

These cook up nicely and the wheat
germ mellows out the flavors.
I like the way it plumps up.

Ingredients:
2(1 pound each) cans pork & beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
4 strips bacon

Directions:
Mix all together except bacon.
Put in casserole.
Criscross bacon strips on top.
Bake at 375 degrees F.
for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
