I'm always coming up with new recipes.
When I made this dish I didn't know
just how good these would come out.
These beans are fantastic tasting!
Ingredients:
5 oz. bacon, coarsely chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup spicy mustard
5 cans (15-1/2 oz. each) Cannellini beans,
rinsed and drained
Directions:
Put all ingredients in large casserole.
Bake, covered 1 hour and uncovered
for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
