Chicken Fried Chicken
with Hot Pepper Sauce

I use store bought cooked chicken tenders,
you can use fresh but it's really not needed.
The texture is all in the crispy crust,
I like to add some hot pepper sauce on
these to kick these recipe up a bit.

Ingredient:
2 pounds cooked chicken tenders
4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup oil for frying
hot pepper sauce

Directions:
In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder,
pepper, salt, paprika, crumbs and flour.
In a separate dish, whisk together
the milk and egg.
Heat the oil in skillet at 350 degrees F.
Dip the chicken into the egg and milk,
then dredge in the dry ingredients
until evenly coated.
Fry chicken in the hot oil
until bcoating is brown.
Remove from the oil
with a slotted spatula,
season with some
hot pepper sauce and serve.
