Cinnamon Butter

This butter goes great on English muffins.
It's easy to make and even easier to eat.

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon

Bring butter to room temperature.
In a small bowl stir together the butter,
sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Taste and add more cinnamon if
you want a stronger flavor.
Leave at room temperature if serving;
otherwise, cover, refrigerate,
and allow to soften 30 minutes at
room temperature again before serving.
