I first had these at a bowling alley.
They had a breakfast and bowl thing,
the snack bar was doing it right!
These tater tots are crunchy brown
and smoked bacon tasty good.
Because you keep them warm in a
slow cooker they can last for hours.
Ingredients:
2 pounds frozen tater tots
1 pound smoked bacon
Directions:
Place all the bacon on the bottom
of a 5-quart slow cooker.
After cooking the tater tots
by deep frying or in the oven.
Place them in the crock pot
on top of the smoked bacon.
Cover and heat on low setting.
Let sit for an or or two,
as the bacon fat gets rendered,
mix the tater tots in it.
Serve tater tots warm.
