Easy Asian Style
Chicken Wings

Making these wings is about as
easy as it gets in the kitchen.
You can substitute chicken broth
for the white wine if you like.
With fresh ginger and soy sauce,
this is a very tasty chicken dish.

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp sugar or to taste
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tsp ginger, grated
2 green onions, snipped

Directions:
Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
Brown wings in a little bit of oil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer
covered for 45 minutes to one hour.
