Fresh Garlic and Soy
Sesame Broccoli Salad

I just recently found fresh broccoli slaw
in the supermarket and have been making
some very tasty salads using the stuff.
Here is a good recipe for a broccoli salad.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb broccoli slaw
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic minced
2 tbsp green onion chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Directions:
Place broccoli in a large bowl.
Roast sesame seeds in 375 degree F. oven
or under broiler until brown.
Combine sesame seeds with garlic, onion,
sesame oil, and soy sauce.
Pour over broccoli and mix well to combine.
