Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Horseradish and Parmesan cheese are added
in this garlic mashed potato recipe.
These mashed potatoes are so impressive,
like something from a gourmet restaurant
A tasty alternative to regular old bland
mashed potatoes that everyone will love.

Ingredients
4 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup butter
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
freshly ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste

Directions:
Place potatoes in a large pot
cover with cold water, add salt.
Heat on medium until tender,
about 25 minutes; drain.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Stir in green onions, and cook
until tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
Mix green onions, horseradish,
garlic powder, Parmesan cheese,
milk, pepper and salt with potatoes.
Mash together with a potato masher.
