Hawaiian Wedding Cake

This is a recipe for making
a pineapple and coconut cake.

Ingredients:
2 cups of all-purpose flour.
2 cups of granulated sugar.
2 teaspoons of baking soda.
2 medium eggs, beaten.
1 cup of chopped nuts.
1 cup of flaked coconut.
1 can (20 oz) of crushed pineapple, in juice, undrained.

1 packet (8-oz) of cream cheese, softened.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
½ stick of margarine.
1 ½ cups of powdered sugar.

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour,
granulated sugar and baking soda.
Stir in the eggs, chopped nuts,
flaked coconut and pineapple and its juice.
Pour the batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
While the cake is baking,
prepare the topping by thoroughly
blending the cream cheese, margarine,
vanilla and powdered sugar with an electric mixer.
Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Spread topping over warm cake.
