These are easy to make and you will
be embarrassed at how good you think
they are and how many you eat.
I add slivered almonds when I make them.
They would also be good in a tasty
chocolate-mint form for the holidays.
Ingredients:
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
12 oz. jar peanut butter
9 oz. can chow mein noodles
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in a saucepan,
add peanut butter and remove from heat.
Stir well. Add chow mein noodles.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Allow to cool thoroughly.
