This is a great sauce to serve
along side of grilled spare ribs
or a broiled pork tenderloin.
It's a quick to make no-cook sauce.
Ingredients:
4 Granny Smith apples
2 fluid ounces apple cider vinegar
2 ounces fresh horseradish, grated
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 fluid ounce white wine
Directions:
Grate the apples into a bowl
and add the vinegar, horseradish
and smoked paprika, stir to combine.
Thin to desired consistency with more wine.
