How to Make
Whipped Cream

Sometimes it's good to read how to
make something because you could forget.
Every once in awhile I post a "How To".
This is how to make whipped cream.

Ingedients:
1/2 pint heavy or whipping cream
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Place a glass mixing bowl along
with the metal beaters in the freezer,
for about ten minutes or so.
After they are really cold, remove.
I like to whip the cream in the sink.
Place bowl in kitchen sink, add the
cream and beat on high speed.
About 1 minutes or until thickened.
Remember were not making butter here!
Add sugar and vanilla, mix to combine.
Unplug beater from electric outlet
before liking the cream off of beaters.
Use whipped cream on pies or desserts.
Makes about enough to top one 9" pie,
about 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream.
