Korma Curry Paste

I needed Korma Paste for a Masala mash,
Trying not to use packaged foods,
I will be usung this recipe from now on.

Ingredients:
2 Cloves Garlic, peeled
Thumb Size cube Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Graam Massala
1/2 teaspoon Tomarto Puree
1/2 teaspoon Rock Salt
2 fresh Green Chilis
2 tablespoons dried Coconut
2 teaspoon fulls cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
Small bunch fresh coriander

Directions:
Smash all the ingredients
together in a Pestle and morter.
Toast ingredients in a dry frying pan.
Store in a sealed dry container with a
small drizzle of Olive oil
on the top to keep the moisture.
