Lemon Bread

This is a bread made with Jello
and a pre-packaged lemon cake mix.
Another good bake sale recipe.

Ingredients:
1 lemon cake mix
1 lemon jello pudding mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Mix all until blended. Beat 2 minutes.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350 until center is finished baking,
about 50 minutes or so.
