Microwave Oven
Scrambled Eggs

The secret here is to coat the bottom
and sides of a glass dish with some
melted butter before cooking the eggs.
Without the butter lining the sides
the egg just sits there not rising.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 eggs, whisked
dash of black pepper
toast

Directions:
Place butter in a glass dish,
microwave to just melt butter.
Place egg in dish and sprinkle
with pepper then cover dish
with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes
or until the egg is just set.
Serve on toast with more butter.
