New Dill Potatoes

I like to microwave fresh potatoes
and add some butter and herbs.
It's quick to make and very good.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds small new potatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Wash potatoes, do not peel and poke
a few holes in each one with a fork.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe dish.
Add green onions, parsley and
dill weed and toss together.
Cover tightly and cook on high power,
6 to 8 minutes, or until potatoes
are fork-tender, stirring once.
Add margarine to potatoes
and mix well to coat.
