Open Faced Meatball
on Toasted Rye Bread

This may seem like an odd paring but,
tomato sauce goes great with rye bread.
I made this recipe using store bought
meatballs and tomato sauce for a quick
and easily put together summertime meal.
You could even make this with turkey
meatballs and it would be a great dish.

Ingredients:
12 pre-cooked meatballs
Prepared spaghetti sauce, any flavor
slices of rye bread, toasted
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Place meatballs in a dish with paper towels
and microwave on high until warmed through.
In another dish, covered, microwave sauce.
Place a slice of rye bread on serving plate.
Top with meatballs and sauce, and parmesan.
