Pico De Gallo
Mexican Salsa

Pico de gallo can be used as salsas,
but since it contains less liquid,
it can also be used in tacos and fajitas.
This is a good recipe, spice it up if you like.
Serve with chips, add to burgers, hot dogs, ect.

Ingredients:
32 ounces Cole Slaw
1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 medium Red Onion, chopped small
8 ounces Sliced Pepperoncini, Sliced
1/4 cup Minced Garlic
16 ounces medium Salsa
7 ounces Canned Green Chili Peppers, chopped
29 ounces Canned Mandarin Orange Slices, chopped

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let sit
for 30 minutes for all the flavors to blend.
