This is a bread stuffed mushroom recipe.
These take a while to make, but
they're worth the time and effert.
Ingredients:
12 stuffing mushrooms
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup onion, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste.
1 teaspoon paprika
4 tablespoons lemon juice
butter,melted.
Directions:
Peel mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop up stems and mix them with crumbs,
onion, seasonings and lemon juice.
Pour in enough butter to moisten mixture.
Brush mushrooms with butter and place
cap side down on a baking sheet.
Fill rounding-full with mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees F. until
mushrooms are tender and browned.
