This recipe uses apples and onions
to bake along with the pork chops.
I like to serve these with sour cream.
Ingredients:
8 slices white bread
1 cup peeled and sliced apples
1 cup slices apples, peels on
1 cup sliced onions
Salt and pepper
6 pork chops
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Break the bread into small pieces.
Put in a greased casserole dish.
Cover bread with a layer of apples, a layer
of onions and season with salt and pepper.
Place the chops on top and season.
Bake, covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and brown.
