Sweet and Sour
Coleslaw Dressing

This is the dressing I use on
shredded cabbage for cole slaw.
Use fresh cabbage with some
shreds of carrot and red onion.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar

Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
Don't skip the mustard powder.
It's the secret ingredient that gives it life.
And make sure all the lumps are whisked out.
