Texas Style Chili
Dang Authentic

Mock tender is a tough little steak
that comes from point of the chuck.
There's no beans in this chili recipe!

Ingredients:
2-1/2 pounds of mock tender, cubed
1 can Beef Broth
1 8 ounce can Tomato Sauce
1 tablespoon beef bouillon crystals
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon crystals
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon granulated onion
2 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika
1 tablespoon light chili powder
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons smoked chili powder
2 tablespoons light chili powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon powdered garlic

Directions:
Brown mock tender steak, then drain.
Simmer in Beef Broth and Tomato Sauce for 40 minutes.
Stir in, beef and chicken bouillon crystals,
cayenne pepper, granulated onion, paprika,
light chili powders, jalapeno powder and salt.
Cook until meat is tender.
One half hour before finishing,
stir in remaining ingredients.
