These are so good tasting,
simply sweetened with honey.
Great spooned over ice cream.
They make great gifts too!
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups whole almonds
1 cup clover honey
Directions:
Toast almonds in a 350 degree F.
oven for about 10 minutes or so,
stirring once or twice, until golden.
Cool toasted almonds on a wire rack.
Place almonds in a clean 1-pint jar.
Add honey slowly, using a table knife
or narrow spatula to help clover honey
drizzle down through the almonds. Cover.
Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 month.
Freeze for longer storage.
