Tomato Ice

These are good to have on hand in the freezer.
They go in bloody mary drinks and also in cold
tomato soups and cold Gazpacho soups.

Ingredients:
2 cups tomato juice cocktail
6 ounces tomato paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients.
Pour into ice cube trays and freeze.
When frozen, remove to plastic bags.
