This recipe makes for a good old,
no, a great new tasting hamburger!
The bourbon flavor is just about the
best flavor to compliment the beef.
I make these with a slice of cheddar
a little mustard and a dill pickle
on the bun, no ketchup around this.
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup bourbon whiskey
1/4 Cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients
in small bowl and combine well.
Mix 1/4 Cup of marinade into
1 lb. of 85/15 ground beef.
Shape into four 1/4 pound patties.
Place on grill and brush on remaining
marinade while grilling until done.
Makes four very good and tasty burgers.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
