Broccoli and Bacon

This is an almost healthy for you
broccoli recipe using turkey bacon.
I've made it with pork and chicken,
turkey bacon seems to be the best.

Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli
4 strips turkey bacon
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cooking oil
ground sesame seeds

Directions:
Cut the broccoli into small bite size pieces.
Slice the bacon vertically into 1/2" strips.
Cut the garlic into halves
and take out the inner part.
Slice the rest thinly.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Add the garlic. Saute until slightly brown.
Add the bacon and saute until a bit cooked.
Add the broccoli and saute for 3-5 minutes
or until it is half cooked.
Add the soy sauce and lemon and continue
stirring until the broccoli is well cooked.
Transfer it into a plate and
top with sesame seeds if desired.
