Fried Corn
Off the Cob

A simple recipe to cook corn,
cut from the cob and fried in
canola oil, seasoned with salt.
The kernels get brown and crunchy.

Ingredients:
4 ears of corn, husked
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornmeal flour
4 tablespoons canola oil
Salt to taste

Directions:
In a bowl combine flour and cornmeal.
Cut the corn kernels off the cob,
place in a bowl and coat with flours.
Heat a saute pan and add oil.
When hot add corn, stirring constantly.
Saute until crispy brown and remove to
drain on paper towels, salt to taste.
