A good fruit salsa or relish is always
great to have on hand in the summertime
because they offer a refreshing, sweet twist
to seafood, chicken, and even pork dishes.
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh mango, diced fine
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced fine
1 cup plum tomato, diced fine
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped fine
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
