Either you like cilantro or not,
I make this salsa without using it.
You can add some in if you wish to
or even a teaspoon or so of parsley.
Ingredients:
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped and drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot pepper, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Allow to stand several hours or
overnight in the refrigerator
for flavors to blend together.
