Lately I've been on a poppy seed dressing
kick and have been putting it on everything.
I could drink this stuff, really!
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3 oz slivered almonds (optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Mix everything together and serve chilled.
