Easy to make and easy on your wallet,
this recipe is a snap to throw together.
Ingredients:
1 package (3 oz.) Ramen noodle soup mix
1 (5 oz.) can water packed tuna,
drained and flaked
1 cup cucumber, julienned (cut in sticks)
1 cup green or red pepper, julienned
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts, optional
Directions:
Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
Drain broth and allow noodles to cool.
Toss noodles with tuna, cucumber,
bell pepper and water chestnuts, if using.
