This is a good recipe for making the
classic French dip beef sandwich in
a crock pot or slow cooker.
Ingredients:
1 London Broil roast
1 can beer
1 can beef broth
1 can french onion soup
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crockpot.
Start on High for 1 hour then turn to Low.
Remove meat from broth after about 8 hours.
and shred beef with a fork.
Serve on steak buns with broth
to dip-in on the side.
