This is a recipe for making a
really tasty beef hot dog sauce.
Put this on top of a hot dog
that has casing for the real bite.
Ingredients:
3 lg. onions (fry alone)
1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 tbsps. allspice
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. catsup
6 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 garlic onion
1 qt. water
Directions:
Fry onions, then add remaining ingredients
and simmer 1 hour. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
Add more water if needed.
